1 DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
Yes. Our showroom is located in the center of Seville, at Calle Siete Revueltas, 24. However, it is not open to the public but a private showroom. An appointment is required to visit the showroom.
We do not have a physical store in Jerez or Córdoba, but during the Feria we offer a free home delivery and collection service.
2 DO YOU HAVE A CATALOGUE?
No. Each of our more than 500 dresses is unique and different from the rest in size and design. Furthermore, our collection is constantly evolving and growing. It would be impossible to manage a catalogue with so many items, and it wouldn't make any sense.
3 HOW CAN I SEE THE AVAILABLE DRESSES?
To send you the available dresses, you need to fill out a form with some essential details such as your measurements and dates. Sending this information doesn't commit you to anything, but it's the only way we can know which dresses are available for you. Once you send us your information, we'll send you a personalized proposal based on your measurements and dates. Your proposal will include all the suits available for your measurements and dates at the time you send it, as well as photos and videos of the dresses so you can choose your favorite and reserve it.
Please ask for the form link via WhatsApp. We don't accept measurements submitted outside of the form.
4 CAN I BOOK A DRESS IF I'M NOT IN SEVILLE?
Sure! With a few exceptions, all our clients are from outside Seville. We're very used to working remotely, so don't worry: if you take your measurements correctly, the dress will fit you. We'll help and advise you throughout the entire process.
5 WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PROPOSAL?
You should normally receive your proposal within 24-48 hours of sending your details. However, as the Fair approaches and demand increases exponentially, it may take a little longer. We're working as quickly as possible, but there are so many of you, and the proposals are prepared by hand, reviewed one by one, to ensure the dresses will fit you perfectly.

6 WHATS THE DEADLINE TO BOOK A DRESS FOR FERIA?
The reservation period opens on January 10th and usually runs until 10 to 15 days before the start of the Fair so we can properly prepare for our busiest week of the year. Once the reservation schedule closes, you will no longer be able to book your dress in advance. Instead, you will need to come directly to our showroom during the week of the Fair and choose from what is still available.
Please keep in mind that we serve a very large number of people and dresses sell out quickly, so we recommend that you don't leave it until the last minute.
7 CAN I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE FERIA WEEK?
No. During the Feria week, we operate on a walk-in basis, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Queues may form at peak times, so please be patient.
To avoid last-minute disappointments, we strongly recommend booking your dress in advance.
8 WHAT IF THE RESERVED DRESS DOESN'T FIT?
If you've taken your measurements correctly, the dress will fit. You can see our tips on how to take your measurements correctly to rent a flamenco dress here.
However, if the reserved dress doesn't fit when you arrive, you can choose another style from those available at that time.
9 CAN I TRY ON THE DRESS THE DAY BEFORE, JUST IN CASE?
No. It's like when you book a hotel room: it's available for you on the day you booked it, but not the day before. Similarly, your dress will be available for you on the day of your booking, but not before. If for any reason you want to pick up your dress the day before, you must indicate this when making your reservation and pay for an extra day.
Exceptionally, if your reservation is for the Tuesday of the Feria, we may be able to let you pick it up earlier at no extra cost. You will receive this information a few days before the Feria.
10 DO YOU DO ALTERATIONS?
Generally, no. You may have heard that a flamenco dress needs alterations to fit the wearer. This is true for standard-size, mass-produced dresses. However, we don't work with sizes; we work with measurements. This means alterations aren't necessary since the dresses included in your proposal already have your measurements.
Occasionally, during the booking period, if we can't offer you any dresses, we may be able to alter a specific style to fit you. This is exceptional.
During Feria week, alterations of any kind are not possible.
11 WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 20 days before the Feria starts (April 1st, 2026). After that date, the reservation fee is non-refundable.
However, as we know that last-minute unforeseen circumstances can sometimes arise, we offer very affordable Cancellation Insurance that covers cancellations for any reason up to and including the day of your rental. The insurance must be purchased at the time of booking. It cannot be added later.
12 DO YOU RENT SHAWLS/ACCESSORIES?
Yes, we rent all flamenco accessories except shoes. However, our accessories are designed to complement our dresses. We do not rent shawls individually.
13 HOW CAN I CHOOSE ACCESSORIES FOR MY LOOK?
Accessories are a fundamental element of a flamenco look. Choosing the right ones isn't just about which colors match your dress; it's also important to consider other aspects such as your skin tone, how you prefer to wear your shawl, the length of your fringe, your head size, and your hair color.
Experience has shown us that the best way to choose is in person, when you come to pick up your dress and try it on. This way, you can choose your accessories properly: wearing the dress and with our expert advice.
If for any reason you can't come to pick up your dress in person, don't worry! Let us know, and we'll help you choose your accessories remotely.
14 DO YOU HAVE GIRLS' DRESSES?
Yes, we also have girls' dresses from 0 to 12 years old. However, our girls' collection is limited, so during peak season (Seville April Fair, Jerez Fair, and Córdoba Fair), girls' dress rentals are reserved exclusively for the girls accompanying our clients.
It is not possible to rent a girls' dress without also renting a women's dress.
15 DO YOU HAVE MEN'S SUITS?
Yes, we also have men's suits and accessories. However, our collection is very limited, so during peak season (Seville April Fair, Jerez Fair, and Córdoba Fair), men's suit rentals are reserved exclusively for our clients.
It is not possible to rent a men's suit without also renting a women's dress.
16 WHEN WILL I GET MY DEPOSIT BACK?
Before collecting your dress, you must leave a €100 deposit, which you will get back when you return your dress. You can pay in cash (exact amount) or by card. If you pay in cash, the refund is immediate. If you pay by card, please note that it is not a payment but a pre-authorization. We release the funds the day you return the dress, but depending on your card issuer, it can take up to 30 days for the funds to be released, especially if it is a foreign card.
Our advice: cash is best, but it's up to you.
